There are three potential reasons why rebound slides may fail to function properly: first, the installation may not have been done horizontally or aligned correctly; second, there may not be at least 5mm of space between the panel and the drawer to allow for the rebound ball bearing to function; and third, there may be uneven spacing, with one side having a space of 13.2-13.3mm and the other side being too tight. To ensure successful installation, it is recommended to increase the space between the drawer and cabinet to a total of 26.5mm. By following these guidelines, the rebound slides will function optimally and provide a positive user experience.
