76 and 53 locking slides

The height of 76 and 53 mm slides are two different electronic accessories, they have some similarities and differences. This article will introduce their similarities and differences respectively.

Common points:

First, both 76 and 53 are medium and heavy duty slides, both suitable for furniture drawers, industrial equipment, storage boxes and modified car accessories.

Secondly, they are made of high quality materials. Both 53 and 76 use high-strength metal materials to prevent them from breaking or damaging during use. This also gives them the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance and durability.

Finally, it's all slides with locking features. The slide rail can be held in place. A lever or spring must be flicked to remove the slide rail. During device maintenance, pull out the locking design so that components do not need to be removed from the cabinet. The closing lock design allows the drawer to open when the spring is pressed down.

Differences:

Load-bearing capacity:

The biggest difference between 53 and 76 is their load-bearing capacity. Their load-bearing capacity varies greatly due to differences in their structural design and material thickness. The HA5333 has a load-bearing capacity of 125kg, while the 76 has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 227kg, so the 76 is more suitable for carrying heavy tools and equipment.

Width:

Another important difference is their width.

Material thickness:

Another significant difference is the thickness of the material. The material thickness of 53and 76 is very different. The thickness of 53 is 2.0MM, while the thickness of 76 is 2.5MM. This difference makes a big difference in their ability to carry weight and withstand pressure.
