What is the reason for the shaking of the drawer during the drawer pulling process after the installation of the drawer slide?
1. The shaking of the drawer slide rail itself. Our slide rail is slightly shaken within a reasonable range to maintain the smoothness of the slide rail, unless the slide rail itself shakes excessively;
2. The drawer installed on the drawer slide rail is too wide or too high. The reasonable spacing between the two slide rails is about 500mm, and the height is about 200-300mm, which can be affected by being too high or too wide;
3. The load bearing capacity of the drawer slide rail is reasonable. If the load bearing capacity is too high, there will be shaking. It is recommended to use the same type of slide rail with better load bearing capacity;
4. If the installation gap is too large, the thickness of our slide rail itself should not exceed the installation gap. If the gap is too large, it can also cause the drawer to shake. Therefore, if there is pulling and shaking after installing the slide rail, it is necessary to analyze various reasons. It is recommended that customers of Unilever slide rail communicate with customer service before purchasing and measure the size and approximate bearing capacity of the drawer, so as to buy a suitable slide rail.
