Installation and Usage Notes
1. Installation Tips
The left and right sliding rails must be parallel and of the same height. They must be calibrated using a level ruler. Installation must be done perfectly straight. Any skew installation will cause jamming, uneven loading, and rapid damage.
A 30% safety margin is reserved for load-bearing. The total load must not exceed the rated load capacity of the sliding rails. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
For RV / vehicle-mounted vibration scenarios: All screw holes must be fully filled with screws, and additional reinforcing washers must be installed to prevent loosening and detachment.
The depth of the drawer must match the length of the sliding rail, and a 10mm gap must be reserved to avoid the front and rear being jammed and stuck.
Use M5 high-strength flange screws for fixation. Poor-quality self-drilling screws must not be used for long-term heavy loads.
For lockable models, violent pulling is strictly prohibited. Unlock first before pulling to avoid lock mechanisms breaking.
2. Usage and Maintenance Precautions
Do not overload or unevenly load items. Overloading on one side can easily cause the sliding rail to bend or fall off.
Avoid allowing dirt, iron filings, and debris to enter the track. This will accelerate wear, cause jamming, and produce abnormal sounds.
Regularly clean the track and replenish the special lithium-based lubricating grease. Do not use engine oil or grease.
For humid and coastal areas, stainless steel models are preferred. Cold-rolled steel should avoid long-term immersion in water or salt spray environments.
Do not expose to high temperatures or direct fire for baking. This can prevent the lubricating grease from failing and the material from deforming.
Do not frequently and violently impact or drop the drawer. This can damage the steel balls and the track structure.
3. Model Selection Tips
Do not use heavy loads on light rails. A 53mm rail cannot replace a 76mm heavy-duty configuration.
There is no need to choose an extremely high load-bearing capacity for light loads. A rough feel and cost waste are inevitable.
For vibration, outdoor, and humid scenarios, prioritize stainless steel + self-locking dual configurations.
